Retail is a dynamic sector that complements our skills perfectly. Nowhere is this better illustrated than in our relationship with Tesco, which developed into a working partnership delivering projects with a combined value in excess of £1bn.
We provide facilities management for high street retailers such as Dixons, Budgens and Matalan, where we deliver bespoke solutions, focusing on delivering efficiency improvements. We also deliver complex mixed use schemes, which, whilst anchored by retail, are inclusive of major commercial, leisure and residential elements. We undertake all forms of CapEx projects including small refurbishments, extensions and refits to live stores, new store projects of any size as well as new build and extensions to live distribution operations.

Health
We have been constructing healthcare facilities for over 50 years, including a significant number of major hospitals within the UK as well as a number of major international hospitals. We were one of the first companies to embrace the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and to act as sponsor, equity provider, design & build and maintenance provider on a range of healthcare projects within the UK.
Drawing upon our expertise and capabilities, we are in a position to be able to offer solutions from clinical planning, concept design and design development through to the facilities management of the finished hospital for periods exceeding 30 years.
We were selected for a number of ProCure21 schemes and we continue to develop and deliver those schemes for our NHS Trust clients.
