The technical recruitment market is split into two main sectors, contracting and consulting. The contracting sector includes disciplines such as building, civils, residential, rail and refurbishment /fit-out. The consulting sector is more diverse with disciplines such as architecture, building surveying, civil engineering, construction management, facilities management, mechanical & electrical, project management, quantity surveying / cost consultancy, social housing, MoD and structural engineering.
