About Us
Hill McGlynn was established in 1976 by Executive Chairman, Stephen Hill. The company’s objective was to offer a quality recruitment service to the global construction industry whilst also maintaining local knowledge and relationships.

Off the back of our commitment to our staff and their development, we have successfully been included in the prestigious Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to work for List in 2006 and 2007. Our ranking in 2007 of 12th in the country also gave us the award for ‘Most improved Company’. We are also Investors in People accredited but ensure that whilst we give industry leading training and development, we also make sure that we reward and recognise our staff in our annual overseas Christmas Conference which combines communication of company plans and strategy with the glitz and glamour of the gala awards.
