Who are T4C?
We are the in-house training division of Hill McGlynn.
What do T4C do?
We organise and facilitate (on a national basis) the training and development of employees and temporary workers in terms of qualifications and health and safety and provide a range of support services as detailed below.
Training and Health and Safety support:
At Hill McGlynn we have a specialist department (T4C) with qualified, experienced and industry specific personnel providing a range of functions covering aspects such as:
- Construction training
- Competency requirements
- Industry scheme requirements (CSCS, CPCS, IPAF)
- Training needs analysis
- Industry and legislative compliance requirements
- Awarding body and qualification schemes
- Health and Safety

Comprehensive H&S pack:
As part of HMG continued commitment to its employees and temporary workforce we have implemented a system of management procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant rules, regulations and instructions relevant to the placement of staff on assignments within the construction industry.
Part of these procedures is the issue of a comprehensive H&S pack which is designed to enable you to identify construction hazards, risks and consequences and will therefore assist you to maintain safe working practices and will act as a reminder of the essential safety precautions which are necessary for safe working.
