We have been dealing with Martin Spencer of Hill McGlynn for approximately three years and during this time he has sourced the candidates we require in fast and efficient manor. The candidates he has sourced for us have been to the correct job specification and ability and we have successfully employed them to fulfill our requirements.
The process we employ is to forward the job description along with the roles and responsibilities so that an appropriate candidate can be sourced and the their CV is sent to ourselves for inspection prior to arranging an interview. After the interview; Martin always gives feed back from the candidate with respect to whether they consider themselves suitable for the position and if they like our company image before we offer employment.
We source all our staff requirements through Hill McGlynn and find the service extremely efficient and cost effective.

Following the relocation of our offices to Leeds last year, our workload and turnover has flourished to a comfortable 360 million a year turnover.
The size of contracts has also increased, and currently we have two contracts both in excess of £20 million. There is also a very healthy order book planned for next year.
