Ian Pratt has been a freelance Construction Manager on the prestigious 30m office Development for Microsoft in Reading for Bovis Lend lease since May 06 and has been a both a perm and freelance candidate and client for Hill McGlynn since 1997. Ian has been totally committed to the project day in day out; week in week out giving up many weekends in pursuit of handing over the building in early July to this blue chip client on time and under budget.

Kevin John Mallender is the Newcastle Solitaire temp of the month. He is a site manager who has worked for the Newcastle office since 2004 but through me for the past 18 months. He is currently working for Marlow Foods Ltd as a site manager in Middlesbrough and has worked there since he finished a contract for PM Project Services Ltd.
Prior to that he worked for ECL Contracts for 12 months in Newcastle. Kevin is a very loyal temp who does not cause any grief and just gets on with his job. He is very reliable, never off sick and obtains a very good reference at every job he does.
