Hill McGlynn win ‘Best Technical Recruitment Firm’ award

Construction Recruitment specialist, Hill McGlynn were announced last night as winners of the Best Technical Recruitment Firm Award at the UK’s largest recruitment industry awards, the Recruiter Awards.
The awards, which took place at the Grosvenor Hotel, London, were attended by over 1,200 recruiters including Abraxas and Select who were both nominated for awards.
The judges commended Hill McGlynn on the training offered to staff, along with the innovative Health & Safety training for candidates and clients. Other key highlights for the judges included the corporate branding and marketing campaigns and the year-on-year growth which has seen its annual turnover quadruple in the last five years.
Executive Chairman, Stephen Hill said on receiving the award; “This award means a great deal to Hill McGlynn and its staff. Construction is a very competitive market and we were up against some stiff competition. I am delighted that our hard work and innovative approach to recruitment has been recognized and this award is a credit to all of our staff for maintaining high quality standards throughout the business.”
This is the second award for Hill McGlynn in the space of a month who also became the only construction recruitment organisation to appear in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work for list at the beginning of March.
